These Terms & Conditions govern your use of buyusedappliances.ae and any purchase made from BuyUsedAppliances (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing our website or contacting us to enquire about or purchase an appliance, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Products

We sell tested, used home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, ovens, and electronics. Every appliance listed on our website has been inspected and tested by our team before listing. Product descriptions and condition notes are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

2. Pricing & Enquiries

Prices are not displayed publicly on our website. To receive a price for any appliance, please enquire via WhatsApp or phone. All purchases are arranged directly with our team — we do not currently process payments through the website.

3. Payment

Payment is arranged directly between you and our team at the time of order confirmation or delivery, via the method agreed upon (such as cash or bank transfer). No online payment is collected through our website.

4. Delivery

We deliver across all UAE emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah. Delivery timeframes and any applicable charges will be confirmed with you at the time of order. While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

5. Warranty

All appliances purchased from us are covered by a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering genuine functional issues with major components. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic issues disclosed at the time of sale

If an issue arises within the warranty period, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we will assess the appliance for repair, exchange, or other resolution as appropriate.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If the appliance is not as described, or develops a genuine fault within this period, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us directly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the appliance must be in the same condition as delivered, and the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm the appliance was not damaged due to misuse after delivery.

7. Product Condition Disclaimer

As all products are used and second-hand, minor cosmetic wear (such as small scratches or marks) should be expected and does not constitute a fault. Any significant condition issues will be disclosed honestly before purchase. We encourage customers to ask for photos or videos before confirming an order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, BuyUsedAppliances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of an appliance purchased from us, beyond the remedies outlined in our Warranty and Returns sections above.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
